ADCO continued its successful partnership with valued client National Storage by completing construction of their new $19 million self-storage facility in the Melbourne suburb of Maidstone. This state-of-the-art development provides convenient storage solutions for local customers.

The three-level facility features self-storage units across the upper floors, with a Box Shop retail space and amenities located on the ground floor. A key highlight is the implementation of National Storage’s cutting-edge Nokē Smart Entry system. This cloud-based digital key technology allows tenants to access the facility and their individual units via smartphone, eliminating the need for physical keys or remote controls.

The innovative Maidstone facility demonstrates ADCO’s expertise in delivering large-scale storage projects that meet our clients’ exact requirements. Its modern design, smart security features and prime location make it an outstanding addition to National Storage’s growing portfolio.

Building on this latest development, ADCO is also currently constructing another new National Storage facility in the Melbourne suburb of Clayton, scheduled for completion in 2025.
